Murray Princess - Renewal of Vows

Was holidaying on the Murray Princess last week when in the course of conversation the couple opposite us having dinner - John and Pat found out I was a marriage celebrant and they said they were celebrating their "50th Wedding Anniversary onboard".

John being the romantic decided this was an opportunity not to be missed so he took me aside and asked if I would do a renewal of vows as a surprise to Pat. Of course the answer was yes, I got the crew involved and we even had a poet onboard - Trevor who during the ceremony read a poem to the couple. It was a great night for everyone, not a dry eye in the house.

Congratulations John and Pat on your 50 years together.
